Located in Culver City, Árbowl is a unique, 5-course dining experience designed to bring you restaurant quality meals in an intimate outdoor backyard space. We invite you to share a meal, have a drink, and build your community.
Welcome to Árbowl!
Árbowl is a social dining experience in support of real people looking for new friends and social connections. The name Árbowl” was inspired by “árbol,” the Spanish word for “tree.” Build your roots, and build your community. Through Árbowl, we encourage you to come together with like-minded LA newcomers and old-timers to enjoy a multi-course meal in our intimate backyard setting. Our vibe is all about good food, great company, and a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home
Each Árbowl meal is a 5-course, highly seasonal, innovative series of savory dishes brought to you by Asher Goldfinger, and dessert by pâtissier Adèle Bastürk, with everything served family style in shared bowls. Each course will prominently feature a different root vegetable, with flavors inspired by the life experiences of the Árbowl team.
The experience costs $100 and includes a wine pairing for all courses. Non-alcoholic options will be available as well. Only 12 people are selected for each dinner
Meet your hosts
Asher Goldfinger
Asher is a Philadelphia native who lives and breathes food and community. Living a dual life as an aerospace and a chef, Asher has honed his cooking skills staging in a variety of restaurants in the Los Angeles area and throwing dozens of private dinners for clients. He greatly appreciates all the nuances and stories that go into each ingredient on the plate and loves sharing his knowledge with his diners.
Manny Walton
Manny is a California native, born and raised in San Francisco. After growing up in the Bay Area, he galavanted off to New York City to attend university, where he met Asher. Manny is a queer community story-teller at heart, bringing people together from all walks of life to make new connections and expand their network.
